$302 MILLION IN SF TRANSFER TAX COLLECTION

 

SAN FRANCISCO – Transfer tax is collected when land or real property is transferred to new ownership.  In September, Assessor Carmen Chu announces $302 million was collected in transfer tax by year-end.
